In my role as a UX Designer at RetainIQ, I led a project to integrate a comprehensive AI tool stack into our email personalization platform. This project aimed to elevate the platform’s capabilities by adding sophisticated AI tools, including Calendar AI, Content AI, Target AI, and Performance AI. The initiative required not only a deep dive into emerging AI technologies but also a complete redesign of the app to align with new branding and UX improvements.

  • Target AI: Provided insights into the best-performing user segments and areas for improvement, helping brands optimize their targeting strategies.

  • Performance AI: Delivered detailed reports on email campaign performance, including metrics for email flows, sign-up forms, deliverability, and overall effectiveness.

  • Enhanced Personalization: Leveraged AI to create highly personalized email content and strategies, improving user engagement and conversion rates.

  • White Mountain Puzzle: Achieved $133,741 from 2001 orders in a single month through personalized email blocks, garnering 28,874 clicks.

  • Mochidoki: Saw a 208% increase in email-attributed revenue, a 55% increase in click rate, and a 102% increase in placed order rates. The average open rate exceeded 50%, with email revenue per recipient reaching $30.38.

  • Acoustik Attak: Experienced a 79% increase in click rate, a 9.6% increase in placed order rate, and a 57% increase in email-attributed revenue. The unsubscribe rate dropped by 23.2%, and widget-based campaigns for their Memorial Day Sale boosted order placement by 400%.

  • HealthyCell: Personalized email campaigns resulted in a 28% increase in orders, a 21% increase in AOV, and a 25% increase in product subscriptions. The click rate increased by 13.5%, and the ROI saw a 13x increase.
